Yes, you must inform us within 10 days from your purchase. We replace items if they are defective, damaged or if there is a size mismatch. Items can be exchanged by any other item from the store. If the price of the new item you select is more than the amount you paid you will have to pay the balance amount. If the price of the new item you select is less than the amount you paid, a gift card of the balance amount will be given.

Yes, except for accessories, masks and sale items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along tags and proof of purchase. If our courier company has a reverse pick-up service available in your area, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup of it from your address. No returns are accepted for customized products. No returns are accepted for products purchased on sale.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
